Day Of Fitting
On the day of your installation, all furniture and appliances MUST be removed, and any existing flooring uplifted unless otherwise agreed at the point of sale.
Your sub floor must be in good condition, dry, brushed clean of any debris and ready for installation, this is not the responsibility of your fitter or pay smart carpets.
It is an all-day call on the day of installation so your fitter can arrive at any point during the day. However, you will be given your fitters number in the morning by text, and they will call you approximately 30 mins before they are due to arrive.
The fitting fee can be found on the paperwork given by the sales representative. It will be payable to the fitter on the day in cash unless you have paid upfront.
We do not take away waste, however the fitter will tidy the area and place any rubbish in bags supplied.
